Privacy

Clear information about inquiries, cookies and personal data.

This policy explains how information submitted by international visitors may be processed, which providers support the website and how privacy choices can be exercised.

1. Data controller

This website is operated by GUSTAVO QUEIROZ DE RICCI SOCIEDADE INDIVIDUAL DE ADVOCACIA, registered in Brazil under CNPJ 64.756.150/0001-02, with its professional address at Rua Vigário Dantas, 560, Sala 5, Fundinho, Uberlândia/MG, CEP 38400-202.

Privacy and personal-data requests may be sent to contato@gustavoricci.adv.br.

2. Information that may be processed

The firm may process information that you voluntarily provide in an initial inquiry, including your name, email address, country of residence, general subject and a concise description of the matter. Information sent through direct email, WhatsApp or telephone channels is also processed according to the content and purpose of the communication.

The English inquiry form is not intended for sensitive documents or detailed confidential information. The firm may indicate an appropriate channel if documents are needed after the initial review.

Technical browsing and interaction data may be processed when measurement tools are activated with the visitor's consent.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Contact information is used to review the initial scope, identify whether the matter is within the firm's practice, respond to the inquiry and organize any next step requested by the visitor.

Where applicable, processing may rely on consent, steps requested before a possible engagement, compliance with legal or regulatory duties, the regular exercise of rights and other legal bases available under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Information submitted through the contact form is not used for behavioral advertising.

4. Email delivery and external channels

The contact form uses Resend as an email-delivery provider to transmit the inquiry to the firm's professional inbox. Providers process technical and message data only as needed to provide the contracted service, subject to their applicable security and privacy terms.

Email, WhatsApp and telephone links open services or applications operated by third parties. When you choose one of those channels, their own privacy terms and technical processing may also apply.

5. Analytics and cookie consent

Website measurement is managed primarily through Google Tag Manager (GTM-WQVH3BR3) and is prepared to use Google Analytics (G-SKTC65D568). Non-essential measurement is activated only after the visitor's consent through the cookie notice.

You may reject optional measurement and continue using the website. Your choice can be reviewed through the permanent cookie-management control in the footer.

Analytics events are designed to use non-identifying context, such as page, CTA position and general channel. The contact form message, name, email and case details are not sent as analytics payloads.

6. Sharing, international processing and retention

Personal data is not shared indiscriminately. Limited processing by infrastructure, email, analytics or communication providers may occur when necessary for the stated purposes and subject to appropriate contractual, technical and legal safeguards.

Some providers may process data outside Brazil. Where this occurs, the firm considers the applicable LGPD requirements and the safeguards made available by the provider.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the initial contact, legal or regulatory obligations, the regular exercise of rights and the management of any professional relationship that may later be formalized.

7. Your rights

Subject to the legal requirements and exceptions that apply, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing, review of consent and deletion or anonymization when legally available.

Requests may be sent to contato@gustavoricci.adv.br. The firm may need to verify the requester's identity before responding to protect the data involved.

8. Initial inquiry and policy updates

Submitting information through this website does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship, confirm acceptance of the matter or replace individual legal advice.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in law, providers or the actual operation of the website. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
